As you say, it was a blip (and certainly not a binge) and you hauled yourself back on track tout de suite.

Re your question to me - there's no science to my calorie count at all! The only time I lost weight was when I was doing Lighter Life and on just under 600 cals a day. And even then it was much slower than anyone else's losses. But it buggered my metabolism and I'm still struggling with that. I just try and keep it to the least number of calories I can and the most exercise. It's not scientific and it's not very successful so not much to learn from me I'm afraid!

love
PeridotPeridothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16325992771558910173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5516633709490949228.post-31615990663765332332009-09-13T17:48:05.181-04:002009-09-13T17:48:05.181-04:00I took your suggestion and went for a loooong walk...I took your suggestion and went for a loooong walk through Central Park today and came back feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I am soo glad I got outside. Tomorrow is another day and I will go the gym for sure. Also biking to the store to get groceries. But for today a nice long and gentle walk was enough -- exactly what I needed, both mentally and physically. Thanks for the good thoughts!Call me Ishmaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14135619200570288287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5516633709490949228.post-64180432497958223782009-09-13T14:18:00.159-04:002009-09-13T14:18:00.159-04:00I think a key thing is recognizing those situation...I think a key thing is recognizing those situations where you binge and figuring out why. That can help you in the future and flex the new muscles needed to make the right choices.

Get to the gym or go for a walk. You won't regret going, but you might if you don't.Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09781375451012608773noreply@blogger.com
